We hope that preparation for the 1st European Kyokushin/ Shinkyokushin Karate Championship U22 for Youth and Students is running on well. Please note that registration is extended till 28th November, 2009.
Having less than a month left to this Championship we are pleased to inform you that the new project has met all expectations and the interest is high. Most EKO members are interested in the event despite of the difficult economic situation and shortage of time for preparation.

At present 148 fighters, 32 referees, 48 officials from 14 countries have already confirmed participation. The registration term is extended and continues till 28th November, 2009.
We have good news for the participants and our official guests. There are new and better possibilities to arrange this competition in the biggest and most modern sports arena in Lithuania – Siemens Arena (12 000 spectators), therefore the whole event and accommodation will be in held Vilnius.
Official hotel of the Championship: Holiday Inn 4*, located in the city centre, 5 min from sports arena. In this hotel we plan to held a great pre-Christmas Sayonara.
